Schwab Foundation for Learning is a non-profit operating foundation, founded by discount brokerage pioneer Charles R. Schwab and his wife, Helen O'Neill Schwab. In 1989, the Schwabs established a resource center as a community service to give families information and support on learning differences. The foundation is dedicated to raising awareness about learning differences and providing parents and teachers with the information, resources and support they need to improve the lives of kids with learning differences. The site includes information about learning disabilities, a newsletter, and resources for parents and teachers.

What is the IPL?

The Internet Public Library is a public library for the world wide web.
Students from a consortium of colleges and universities with programs in information science develop and maintain the IPL!
