The only darts governing body in the U.S. recognized by the World Darts Federation, the American Darts Orgainzation was founded in 1975 in Southern California. The web site contains Membership and Contact Information, a listing of their Board of Directors and Area/Regional Representatives, official Tournament Rules for steel point darts, any recent press releases or area newsletters, a set of Demographics on who plays darts in the USA, and an explanation of the point system employed for figuring rank and selection of annual U.S. male and female dart champions.
