"Chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), is a poorly understood, debilitating and often disabling condition. The CFIDS Association of America is the leading organization dedicated to eradicating this disease. Our mission is: 'To conquer CFIDS and related disorders and to inform and empower those affected by these disorders until a cure is found.' www.cfids.org contains comprehensive information CFIDS. In addition to general information about the disease, the site provides information relevant to anyone interested in CFIDS. This includes information about the latest news about CFIDS, pediatric CFIDS, disability, public policy efforts, The CFIDS Chronicle (a bimonthly magazine for persons with CFIDS), and links to other websites of interest to persons with CFIDS and those who care for them."
