Yes, Consumer Reports magazine is now available via the Internet by paid subscription. Their archive of articles goes back about 4 years.
However, there are some free sources of consumer information on the web. First, check out the IPL’s section on Consumer Issues and Services or the IPL’s Pathfinder on Consumer Information.
We also recommend browsing through the Consumer Advocacy and Information section of Yahoo.
