Education Vital Signs is a compendium of key education statistics and trends for K-12 schools nationwide. It is published each year as a print and online supplement to the American School Board Journal. It includes state-by-state statistics, such as teacher salaries, per-pupil expenditures, and also reports and articles on many important school topics such as parent involvement, high school completion, student health and student performance on reading, math, and science assessments.
