These pictures and history of individual plates can be found by locating the country on a world map on the title page, or by using the linked alphabetical index. Other options the site provides include additional print sources of information, club and association information, and how license plates are graded.

Universal Autograph Collectors Club

Philography, or collecting autographs, is one of the oldest forms of collecting. The Universal Autograph Collectors Club (UACC) has "been serving the collector for over 25 years. Founded in 1965, the UACC began as a small group of Long Island, New York autograph collectors and has grown to be the largest non-profit collectors organization of its kind. The UACC is primarily an educational fellowship where knowledge and resources are shared with not only the membership, but also the public at large."
