Western
A collection of primary and secondary materials in Western philosophy from antiquity through the 21st century. This collection includes materials by and about major philosophers, such as Plato, Descartes, Marx, and Nietzsche, as well as materials about major Western themes such as metaphysics and ontology.

- This site created by J.J. O'Donnell, Augustine scholar and Provost of Georgetown University, offers an extensive collection of materials on the life and work of Augustine of Hippo. These include a fine introduction, Latin texts, translations of "Confessions," "On Christian Doctrine," excerpts from "City of God," links to many other complete texts, an array of commentaries and other secondary scholarly materials, a collection of images, and a large bibliography of primary and secondary materials. This is a very well-maintained site.
