When Major General Jackson sent the Indians away, he made the worst choice because he could have created enemies by sending them out for where they live and where they were first. Jackson had a way with congress because he had joined congress, which helped him convince congress. The way Jackson got the Indians out were bad because he ignored a treaty that they had together. Spoils system: Spoils system meant a practice of giving government jobs to political backers.
