The Council of Trent was the turning point for the Catholic Church. The Church was able to change because when the church changed the Catholic people were more expanding towards other countries in overseas . However, there wasn’t too much of a change because all the people who belonged to the Catholic Church did not change the point of view of how they look upon God. Examples such as how the Bread and Wine will mean that God will stay with you and be with you on your side. Martin Luther was and is still an important person for the people in Italy and Germany. In the same year, the Catholic and Counter Reformation begins in the European countries, and then spread out toward the world. Because the Europeans, especially the Germans and Italians did not change their minds about God. They kept the idea that God is always primary and that God is and always will be right. We are able to know this because of the idea from Martin Luther and the religion he created which is called the “Lutheranism” and “Protestantism”. In Source 2, it talks about how God should be first and that he should deserve the best. The Bread and Blood from the Last Supper should also remind you of God and how he left it for the remaining people. How if you drink the blood and eat the bread, God will always be near you. This source is reliable because it is written by the Council of Trent in 1545 to 1563, and this is when the Council of Trent started and ended. Both Source 1 and Source 7 also talks about how God is major and that he should always take priority. This source however is not reliable, but bias because it was written in 1577 which was after the Council of Trent, but there is a wide gap range. However it is written by a Saint which can tell us that he or she is religious and still believes in that God is right and should be known as number 1
