For instance, Betty White is a role model for how to have a successful life. Betty white was a very popular actress. She had her own tv show in 1977-1978(Brennan 1). Her show was called The Mary Tyler Moore Show. After the show, White got her own sitcom on CBS, her second series entitled The Betty White Show. Betty White was a very outgoing person with a comedian like personality.
In this Essay I will be discussing on the people I have chosen Aileen Wuornos and Nannie Doss I will be discussing about their childhood and early life. I will also be discussing about their problems and situations these two people had and what could have been the reason of them starting a murder spree. Aileen and Nannie basically had their reason of why they and what thought would be the outcome of their act. And also the comparison between the two ladies. Aileen Wuornos had a rough and abusive childhood growing up also into her adulthood she had some rough patches and she gone though some rough roads.

Diane always stayed active as a youth and because of that she was voted "most likely to succeed" by her classmates. When she was 16 years old, her older sister, Linda, became first runner-up in the 1962 Junior Miss Competition. Following in her sister 's footsteps the following year, Diane became the 1963 Miss Junior Miss of America.
Overall, Betty Jo has a positive outlook on life. She likes to live in the moment and treat each day as if it were her last, as cliché as that sounds. Betty Jo’s father passed away when she was nineteen years old and she says that that really affected her point of view on life. Her father was a physically healthy forty-one-year-old at the time of his death and he died of a heart attack while refereeing the local high school’s boys’ basketball game one evening. This event seemed to have a deep impact on Betty Jo’s life.
The interviewee Gloria Nipping, is from Church, she’s always gone to 5pm mass on Saturdays ever since I can remember. Her husband Lou, goes fishing with my dad occasionally and so we are in constant contact with each other. Gloria was born in New Orleans, she lived 40 miles out of New Orleans in a small town, and her parish was Saint Charles, parishes were named after different saints. Gloria went to elementary school in a little town, it was a two room school with two teachers and each teacher had four classes, it was segregated. Gloria stated, “I was in a time when things were segregated.”
Althea Gibson was a successful tennis player however it didn't just come out of nowhere however it took a lot of time to get into the eyes of the public. A lot like Althea, Barbara Jordan was a successful politician becoming one of the first African American woman to do lots of stuff for example giving the keynote address in the democratic national invention and was able to break many records it took many tries and a lot of work and constant determination to reach their goals and get to where they wanted to go. Althea Gibson was able to achieve her level by constantly working for it and although she did fail multiple times, she continued to play tennis and became well known and achieved a lot in her career, winning medals and awards in her area. In the article Althea Gibson by Youssef Ibrahim it stated "In all, Gibson powered her way to 56 singles and doubles championships before turning pro in 1959. " A lot like Gibson and Barbara Jordan, Michelle Obama was also determined to make her way to make Obama president and did everything in her power to do it becoming the first African American woman to be first lady and also made America much better than it was

During her life, going to space wasn't the only thing she was remembered for. Sally Ride graduated from Westlake High School, in 1978. While in school she had a passion for sports, she enjoyed playing volleyball, softball and especially tennis; in tennis she achieved national ranking as a junior. At this point Sally Ride had an option, to continue with her scholarship for tennis or leave to Stanford University.

Coming up Jackie lived with her mother Mary Joyner, father Alfred Joyner, and older brother Al Joyner.
