Carl Menarik an Vienna, Australian serial killer who was born October 2 and died after 1916, killed eight elderly resident patients by poisoning them. He killed his victims while he was employed in a nursing home in New York City. Another name he was known for was “Herr Doktor.” When he was questioned by a police he admitted and confessed his murders. Afterwards he was arrested and later was given Involuntary commitment as his crime penalty. The murders he committed successfully were done between the years of 1914 through 1915. After the witness declared, Mors politely confessed to the officer he had killed eight residents of the old peoples home were he worked at as a nursing assistant. He initiated he used arsenic, opium, and morphine to poison his victims and decided afterwards to devise another method that was less likely to leave any evidence. His new method was to pour chloroform into his victims mouth and when burn marks around Mors victims mouth would appear he would use a layer of Vaseline to prevent it. It was not long as Mors continued to get away with his murders until elderly patients and even some staff had about Mors to the police. Because of the this, he immediately become a suspect for the numerous amount of murders that had happened in the old peoples home. On February 15th, 1997, at approximately 2:52 A.M, Sargent Zakrosky responded to the report of a terrible accident at the household of the Onaleds’. Upon arriving, Sargent Zakrosky was met by a resident of the house and was lead to the crime scene. At the scene, Sargent Zakrosky confirmed that there was a dead body at the bottom of the stairs, dressed in a tuxedo. His feet were above his head and his body was still half on the stairs and have off the stairs, faced down. On the stairs everything hanging up was undisturbed.

One of these men, agreed to go back to Jeffreys apartment for drinks and to pose for him. While being in Dahmers apartment, Jeffrey placed handcuffs on the victim's wrist then told the victim to accompany him in the bedroom to pose the pictures. Then, Jeffrey threatened the victim with a knife, the victim tried to appease Dahmer by unbuttoning his shirt. At some point, while Jeffrey was not looking, the victim to his hands and hit Jeffrey to the point where he could run out to the streets and get the police. The first order of law we have to address is the murder that this man has already committed. The other detectives and I have already looked more into the details of the murder. Apparently, this murder was committed in his own home. An old man, whom we also do not know the name of, had been staying with him. The reason for this, I have yet to find out.
