Spoke to Vivian Ortiz (DOB 6/20/75) who stated that her juvenile son (16 years old), Elijah Perez (DOB 7/3/99), was being destructive and threw things around the house when she asked him to turn off the oven after he used it. Ortiz stated Perez had been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and he had not been taking his medication or to his therapy. Ortiz also mentioned that she opened the case with DYFS to evaluate him and the case was still opened. Ortiz stated that Perez threw some baseball cards, laundry bin, trashes and made mess inside of the refrigerator. We weren’t able to speak with Perez as he walked out of the house prior to our arrival. Perez was described as 5’8” tall, light skinned with short hair. Area was patrolled

CCIB received a referral #0424-8590-7518-9033739 via fax from Juana Torres regarding Kenneth Salazar (3) (DOB 5/27/2013). RP reported on 3/14/17, Kenneth was physically abused by his teacher 's aide Rosa Espinoza. RP reported she picked him up Kenneth from his Headstart program and took him home. RP reported Kenneth was wearing a sweater and the she asked him to take it off and he did.
On 01-07-16, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to 1790 N. Fair Oaks Ave. regarding Missing Person Martha Chavez-Robles. Upon our arrival, we met with Reporting Party Brittany Dominguez who told us the following information: On 01-06-16 at 1400 hrs. Kitchen Staff Maribel Medina saw Chavez in the kitchen area of the facility.
The reporting party (RP) stated on 7/21/15 a probation compliance search was performed on family member Joseph Apodaca Sr. in the family child care home. It was discovered the home was an immediate hazard to children. Present during the search were Elizabeth De La Rosa, Erica De La Rosa, and Citlaly Lopez. Also present were their children Michael Dominguez age 2 DOB 1/20/13, Isabella Garcia age 7 DOB 12/02/14, and Joseph Apodaca Jr age 1 DOB 3/17/14.

The legislation breached her constitutional rights to vote. The constitutional phrase parliament is ‘directly chosen by the people’ implies the right to Australian citizens to vote and states only those that don’t have the mental capacity are exempt, and despite so, Vickie Lee Roach and all prisoners were still denied the right to vote Roach wasn’t pressured into this case by anyone but herself as she has legal standing due to being directly affected by it.
He failed to comply with rules of his probation such as his curfew. According to court service’s report, he failed to adhere to his assigned curfew on multiple occasions. The document indicated Quinten left home on a Friday morning to attend school and did not return to the home until the following night around 9:00 p.m. He often failed to comply with instructions issued by the assigned probation officer and he consistently disregarded limits and boundaries set by his mother. Quinten would leave the home without his mother’s permission in spite of being instructed by the probation officer not to leave without the mother’s permission and without adult supervision.

The reporting party (RP) stated on 9/13/16 former foster child Crystal Jimenez disclosed while resident in the foster home of Helen Torres, she would lock the foster child out of the house. The foster child would be required to "calm down" before being allowed into the home. The reporter stated Anna has been diagnosed as bipolar and is currently on suicide watch by local law enforcement. Tamara stated Anna was recently released from jail and had plans to spend time with the victim and the reporter while she gets back on track and pick up her medications. Anna left the home on 10/20/15 and has not returned and the reporter has received text messages from Anna stating plans to take her life and heard from others that at this time Anna may be suicidal and plans to come pick up Addyson. Mr. George Ricks submitted a citizen complaint to the Pomona Police Department on December 15, 2016. In the complaint, he alleges that Officer Austin Dossey entered his apartment without a search warrant. Ricks alleges that Dossey recovered a firearm from inside his bedroom even though Ricks told Dossey that he could not search the apartment. Because of the illegal search, the court dropped the charges for an ex-felon in possession of a firearm because the evidence would need to be suppressed. INVESTIGATION: Internal Affairs received this complaint on January 24, 2017.
On 11/15/15 at approximately 1257 hours, I, Offcier Artaz responded to 727 Labor Street in reference to a disturbance. This location is in the City of Delta, County of Delta and the State of Colorado. I arrived on scene , and contacted Deborah Dugas (DOB 08/16/71).
