What were the causes of the American Revolution.
The colonies of Britian decided to form their own independent country, because of the unfair taxations of the king, neglection of the thirteen colonies, and merchantilisim poicies.The reolationship between the patriots and the loyalist began to drift apart from each other and their anger began to grow in which later sparked the Revolutionary War.This event has changed the world especially the United States of America.
The main reason for the American Revolution was the king’s taxes. Britain passed 7 policies hoping to control the colonies.The taxes were on products the colonist used daily for, such as follows:tea, paper, paint, lead, glass, and other important items. Acts were made for taxation
