Based on comparing Regis Corporation and Ulta beauty it seems that Ulta Beauty is worth more and is more profitable. Although Ulta Beauty may seem better than Regis Corporation it is still not the top cosmetic line. The best thing for Ulta Beauty to do is continue to grow profit and revenue and try to keep expanding so it will be a new top competitor in cosmetic and fragrance line. Based on all the information given through this research Ulta beauty is a thriving company that will continue to succeed. Ulta Beauty continues that strive in doing well in all departments. Ulta Beauty is not the top cosmetics and fragrance company and has serious competitors like Sephora, Lush life and Regis Corporation, but at the same time Ulta Beauty uses that to their advantage by focusing on a specific target market. Unlike cosmetic companies like Sephora and MAC, they offer the best product on the market but because they are the best they are more expensive than most makeup companies.This gives Ulta the target market towards women who want better than drugstore makeup, but also don’t want to spend an obscene amount of money on cosmetics. In the future, Ulta Beauty must continue applying their company to this demographic and focus on this specific target market, while offering deals and discounts for loyalty to their customer. This will allow them to have a built in client base for the company. Another strategy that would help ulta beauty is more of an online presence. Ulta Beauty does have online shopping and social media, but they are not as popular and do not post as often as companies like MAC, Sephora or Lush Life.
