INTRODUCTION
Emotions are dominating our daily lives. We choices are based on when we are happy, A, sad, sad or frustrated. We choose the activities and go there based on emotions that they cause.
How exactly emotion?
"An emotion is a complex psychological state that involves three distinct components: a subjective experience, a physiological response, and a behavioral or expressive response." (Hockenbury & Hockenbury, 2007)

The first feeling that in infants are detected can understand, joy, anger, sadness and fear. Later, the children begin to a sense of self-respect, more complex emotions like shyness, surprise, joy, embarrassment, shame, debt, pride, develop and empathy. Pupils and students are still learning, emotions in order to understand why they occur and how to deal with them properly to identify. Children develop, things that their emotional reactions to change, to cause, such as the strategies that you use to manage. The emotions of small children are mainly consist of behaviors and physical reactions (e.g. Heart Beat, butterflies in the stomach). As they grow, children develop the ability to recognize emotions. Your feelings are also increasingly influences by their way of thinking. You will be more aware of your own feelings and be in a better position to other people to see. Effects of Shared Humanity A human is a creature that goes through experiences such as emotions, choices , relationships, losses, survival, and moral dilemmas. These are apart of a concept known as Shared Humanity. The things everybody has in common affect how a person would see the world around them.

Emotions are expressed in highly different ways, especially during youth.
Most people say they know how to describe emotions. They feel them all day long, but most know not the scientific definition which states, “emotions are a neural impulse that moves an organism to action”. So technically emotions control most of an organism's actions. Some people hide their emotions or choose to not take actions . In the Herman Hesse’s book, Siddhartha, the main character, Siddhartha, expresses many emotions.
Since their conception, emotions have been one of the most defining characteristics humans have assigned to themselves. While dolphins, other primates, and, more recently, computers have been found to have levels of intelligence rivalling humanity’s, how they’ve felt about it has remained more or less unique. Though they are often considered one of man’s greatest strengths, emotions are also a method of entry for manipulation attempts from other people. An excellent source for examples of this is The Aeneid. Written over two millennia by the Roman poet Virgil, The Aeneid is filled with a wide range of human emotions and situations in which they influence people’s decisions.
Emotions are what propel you forward to reach your goal, but what also stop you from breaking your limits. They are what weigh into our decisions and help lead us to the choices we forever live with. Not only can they determine what we do, but also when and how we do it. At times they are stronger than others, pulling us forward or throwing us back as if we have absolutely no control. Just like in Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, the entire lives of two teenagers led by the emotions that they couldn’t ignore.
James theorized “emotions are perceptions of bodily states” (Oatley, 20). In contrast, Frijda believed emotions were: “not a state, but a whole body process from encoding to action” (Oatley, 22). Whether kind, happy, loving, there are emotions in the minds of people living and existing around us. You can find them anywhere. Right next to someone, someone might be crying because they are sad. Those are all different kinds of emotions. Like robots or cars can’t have emotions because they are not a living thing, emotions can be very weak sometimes but also can be your strong weapon.

Dr. Lisa Feldman Barrett, a neuroscientist, was a guest on a podcast hosted by Hanna Rosin and Alix Spiegel to discuss her theory on constructed emotions. Barrett spoke about her belief that emotion is a social construct and it is used to construct the world around us (Rosin & Spiegel, 2017). She noted, for instance, that all objects appear as blobs until we are able to assign a concept to them. In addition, she argues that our emotions are built in at birth, and we learn more about our emotions and how to express them through socialization and experience (Rosin & Spiegel, 2017). Furthermore, every person can feel the same emotions.
No one is capable of choosing their emotions; they come as a result of human nature. This can be seen in our behavior throughout life, from the way babies cry when they miss their parents to the reckless actions of teenagers when they feel the urge to rebel. People begin expressing their feelings before they even start crawling. It is an involuntary reflex that comes naturally and continues to our dying breath. The ability to feel emotion is an aspect of humanity that transcends generations.
An emotion is a psychological state or process that mediates between our goals and events of our world (Keltner, D., Oatley, K., & Jenkins, J. M., 2014), conceding emotions play a key role in how we think and behave. Before we fully utilize our emotions to motivate us in daily life, we have to ponder over how emotion is triggered. Schachter-Singer 's Two-Factor theory of emotion discourse about two vital factors of emotion - physical arousal and a cognitive label. In this essay, we will encapsulate what this theory is, how it applies in our everyday life and how we take it for better use for academic performance. Emotion is generally regarded as the product of cognition, feeling, behaviour and arousal in different theories of emotion, yet it is debatable whether which component contributes more and how they relate to each other.
Schachter and Singer were both agree with the James-Lange Theory and Cannon-Bard Theory. They agreed that people infer emotions when they experience physiological arousal and the same pattern of physiological arousal can give rise to different emotions. The last evolutionary theories were the cognitive theory. It says “several theories began to argue that cognitive activity in the form of judgments, evaluations, or thoughts were entirely necessary for an emotion to occur.”
What is emotion? A question that has been asked by many and been answered in many different ways. Cognitive psychologists may define this as an explanation of how emotional occurrences are realized in patterns of activity in the brain and nervous system. In other words, how emotions influence the way in which we think and act. It is because this can be tested by an experiment and it can be assessed in the light of established theories about how the brain works and how people behave and think.
Generally, the regulation process of emotion is occurred automatically, for instance someone may feel sad when something bad happens. For more information, emotion, specifically mood, can affect the surrounding areas. For example, if someone looks happy, the people around him are likely to be happy as well.
