The end of the investigation of Fannin’s murder at Ernie’s diner has ended. With $8.75 rung up at the register, four customers had places set at the counter. The owner and single employee at Ernie’s, Ernie, said that the gun was fired from point blank range as the killer rested his hand on the wall.
