Jury Duty Interview Neither of my parents has had to serve on a jury, but my Grandpa has. The first thing that went through his mind was “oh sh*t I ain’t got time for this. Now if only you knew my Grandpa this statement wouldn’t come as a shock to you but he wasn’t too excited to go to jury duty. When he showed up to the court, he did have to answer questions from an attorney. The first question they asked him was “Can you listen to a testimony and will you be an impartial juror?”.
