Customer Experiences The customer experiences at Ulta Beauty are a part of what keeps its customers coming back and, in a lot of cases, part of its Ultamate Rewards Program. These customer experiences can be seen in the comments and replies on Ulta Beauty’s social media accounts, but also in personal posts from customers, as well as in YouTube videos. Ulta Beauty recognizes this and has begun to reach out to some of the makeup and beauty “gurus” on YouTube and social media (see Figure 5). YouTube in particular has become a large platform for vloggers (video bloggers) to create content in the realm of hair and beauty.

Her invention has succeeded so far. Most Black women's hair care products were owned and sold by white businesses, but Madam C.J. Walker advertised them by focusing on the health of the women, not the money. She sold her product only to black women and won their loyalty for her black hair care products. “She sold her homemade products directly to Black women, using a personal approach that won her loyal customers.”

He told them he was up there herding the cows one day and he heard what he thought was a family abuse; whooping and a hollering. It was some of his boys playing a trick on him and they came a riding over the hill.

One problem I have always had is very fine, flat hair. Although I have long hair, it lacks the volume and fullness that I often see in other people's hair. When I was approached to try Pantene's Flat to Volumehair products, I figured I would give it a shot and hope for the best. I have used other Pantene products in the past and was happy enough with the results. I first used the Pantene Fine Hair Solutions Flat to Volume Shampoo, and I admit I loved the smell and texture.
Hairstyles of the Damned by Joe Meno is a story about a boy named Brian and it takes the reader through one of the most confusing and stressful times in a person’s life, the teenage years. Brian is navigating his way through the punk scene while dealing with drama, conformity, love, friendship, and family. Gretchen’s car and Mike’s basement develop the theme of Brian trying to find his identity and place in the world by being places of introspection, places where important moments happened, and places that give him the freedom he wants. Despite Gretchen’s car being a piece of junk, it was a safe place for Brian to be introspective.
Identity goes hand in hand with self-growth and self-reflection. In the journey of maturity, there is a consistency of both emotional and physical growth. As a person ages, they are slowly moulded into the person they were always meant to be. Often how a person is raised and the events they experience ties in with the timespan it takes for them to reach that point of self-growth. In the story Shaving written by Leslie Norris, Barry is a seventeen year old boy struggling with the inevitability of his father dying.

The observation has been conducted on Tuesday 18th of October, from 4:30 pm to approximately 7:30, while being at the hairdresser. After few minutes of observation, it could be noticed that there were a great number of employees (seven) - composed of two men and five women - for few clients (four). The objective of this observation was then to analyze how the tasks will be divided among the nine of them and what was everyone’s role in the saloon. Based on experience, in France, one hairdresser is in charge of one client and the “intern” washes your hear. By contrast, it was surprising to have the nine of them surrounding me, with up to four hairdressers taking care of my hair at the same time.
