After reviewing examples from lecture and research I came up with an intervention idea.
An intervention idea that would address the need is community mobilization. This intervention will help address the needs of the non- profit organization in the community. This intervention will focus on the inputs, outputs and outcomes. This logic model displays inputs such as staff members, partners,health care administrator and money. Partners with Hospice organization would include other similar non-profit organizations like Mercy organization. These inputs are needed to help achieve the primary goal of the intervention.
