Judy Sheindlin Major Accomplishments

Judy Sheindlin has impacted many students, adults, she has inspired many American people with her accomplishments. Knowing Judy has been a prosecution lawyer, former Manhattan, family court judge, television personality, television producer, and an actor, Judy has become “Judge Judy”. Judy Sheindlin is now known for “Judge Judy”, she has dedicated herself to her job, which started forty-two years ago in 1976. Judy has inspired many people with her work ethic, and judgement she’s had many important jobs throughout her life that’s made her a different person, and that’s made her very successful.

Judy was born in October twenty-first of, 1942, she was born in Brooklyn, New York City, NY. Judy was the only daughter. Judy’s parents were Murray Blum which was her father he passed away in April 2, 1989,

In 1965 she also obtained her Law degree, passed her exam by the New York City bar, took the a job as corporate lawyer for a cosmetics firm. Judy was unsatisfied with the job, obtained it within two years. Judy had three spouses two of those was the same person which Ronald Levy in 1964-1976 they were married for a twelve years they had two children, Jamie and Adam. A year passed then she married Judge Jerry Sheindlin they first married in 1977-1990 after her father passed away she didn’t feel the same way about her husband, and filed for a divorce in 1990. Judy believed that “most men are alike”(A&E Networks Television, 2014), she said, after a year she remarried him in 1991, and indeed they’re still married. Judy Sheindlin Has five children whom are named, Jamie Hartwright, Gregory Sheindlin, Jonathan Sheindlin, Nicole Sheindlin, Adam Levy. Judy has four sons, and one daughter. A very close friend told her about a job opening in the New York Counts, she was in the role of prosecutor, and family court system, she also prosecuted juvenile crime, domestic violence, and child abuse cases as well, as time went by she was recognized
