The purpose of this memo is to describe the “Kingston Drinking Club” business concept in a way that would persuade individuals to become employees and help build the company. Kingston Drinking Club will begin as a sole propriership and may become an S-corporation in the future. Initial funding will be needed from investors to secure labor, ingredients, and packaging. These frozen concentrated drink mixes will be the first to the market. The company's competition consists of pasteurized bottled mixes which compromise quality. The product is a combination of exotic juices, purees, and syrups in a frozen form to ensure freshness.
