Without the values that the Marine Corps has instilled in us we would be nothing more than an armed group of chaotic warriors, with our own thoughts on what is considered moral or immoral. To be a part of a successful team, all members must be led by common values. In the Marine Corps we have had the values of Honor, Courage and Commitment as a focal point of our training. “From our earliest days as Marines, we are taught that the Marine Corps is a special team -- a family. Just as the family should play a major role in the upbringing of children, the Marine
