1. What are some contributing factors to mental health wellbeing for mature adults?
Some of the factors that contribute to maintaining our mental health well-being is avoiding disease and disability because if we lose our ability to do the things that we once did or if we are unable to care for ourselves it could jeopardize our mental well-being and cause a mental illness. The second factor that contributes to our mental health well-being is being able to maintain a fully operational cognitive and physical status. If we can maintain a sound mind in our mature years we would not have the stressfulness of forgetting things as some older adults endure.
