As humans, we like to that we are informed. Statistics show that, unfortunately, this isn 't the case when it comes to voting. For example, forty one percent of Americans think that foreign aid is one of the top two components of our federal budget. When, it really only takes up less than one percent. Where do we get this number that 's astronomically off? We 'll get to that in a bit. The government says that us being uninformed doesn 't matter, due to the “miracle of aggregation”.
