In my opinion, the most important factor that contribute to Parker Hannifin’s success is their responsibility to their employees and their company. They always look for improvement, and they understand that employees are as important as customers. Therefore, to increase customer satisfaction, they know that they have to invest on training to their employees know to thrill, retain and keep customer coming back. They give employees the ideas about how Disney can be famous about their customer service, and let employees figure out by themselves how to do it. It is not an enforcement, it is an encouragement.
