My love for software development led me to attend an Android Workshop in 2012. The workshop, though short, got me extremely motivated to start developing apps on my own. I would code for hours on end, fixing and debugging the apps. After about a month of rigorous coding, I released my first app, Ultra Explorer, a multi-purpose File Manager with gesture recognition and smart search. As a token of thanks to all developers who had helped me start on this beautiful journey, I released the app as opensource. I was pleasantly surprised when my app was featured on XDA-Developer (an online developer’s community having more than 6.8 million members) and within 24 hours, it was downloaded 10,000 times. This boosted my confidence and reaffirmed my faith that I was making a difference through my work. I went further and started developing apps for clients as a freelancer. Now I boast a clientele of companies like DroidKitchen, JRummy Apps and many more. My clients are highly successful with some apps crossing 200,000 downloads within a month of launch. I also maintain a personal portfolio of successful apps under pseudonym Kshark
