Hi there incoming 6th graders, Language Arts class is going to be a blast. Language Arts is going to be a class you will be attending every year in middle school. You will be learning how to write advanced essays and work. You will be gaining all sorts of literary elements that will enhance your education. You need some advice about Language Arts and how you will survive in this class because you first need to know what language arts is, what you need in this class, in class rules, the best parts of language arts, and what to watch out for. Students all over the world attend Language Arts. Language Arts allows you to get a idea of what English class will look like in high school. Language Arts class takes the literary concepts you already have and expands them into literary elements. This class will teach you how to write advanced work. You will learn advanced vocabulary terms that will enhance your grammar and education. Language Arts provides you with certain tools you will need in your life. The students that attend Gulf Coast Charter School (GCCS) say that language arts class hands out a lot of homework, which is true, but they also say that it allows you to get an understanding of what highschool homework will look like. Personally, it is a fun class if you get past all the work. The best part of language arts is when ever you have to work with a partner and get to play vocabulary games and can all sorts of prizes, it is mainly candy. Not only are you enjoying what you are doing, you are also learning while you are competing for all the prizes. Half of the time you don’t even realize it is work. That is always the best parts of Language Arts. Another fun part of language arts is reading the novel. While you are reading, you get to step into the narrators perspective and it almost feels like you are apart of the novel. That is another fantastic part of language
