Once, I was a little snowflake on top of a mountain. Life was good on Aspen Mountain with the exception of being trampled by skiers. Until one day when a skier wipes out on top of me. As he was falling, Me and my brothers were swept into the man's jacket. Most of my brothers tumbled out as the man stumbled for his Ski poles but I was stuck. I was consumed With panic, praying somehow, someway I would get out before I melt. As the man started to ski down the mountain again, I started to feel the heat. Boiling, sizzling, searing heat which I have never felt before, and don’t want to ever feel again. A weird sensation began to set in, like I was melting away. MELTING AWAY!?! I frantically thought. Could It get any worse than this? I thought that was the worst it can get. I was …show more content…
Everyone then told their stories about how they got here and what their lives were like before. Then, the voice quickly explained that clouds can’t hold water for long and that we are about to fall from the sky. Screams ensued and before we knew it, we were hurtling toward the earth faster than a bullet. The Earth hurtled closer by the second. I braced myself and closed my eyes, not wanting to see what will come next. I knew I was done for. Out of sheer luck a heavy gust of wind pushed my down the chimney of a building. Then a blazing hot gust shoved me into this weird contraption. It was pitch black, with the only light coming from a pinhole above me. Inside this contraption was a strange bubbly liquid of a caramel brown color. I swam to the peephole, trying to find out where I was. When I looked out I saw a sea of red and yellow, golden arches, and frantic workers scrambling like ants to fill orders. I felt relatively safe, after all people only pose a danger when there skiing, right? That thought came crashing down when he came stumbled through the
And I waited for the storm to end. Suddenly I heard a big crash and a man’s scream then a big “VOOOOOOM” And then the scream abruptly stopped. Somehow I knew what had happened. A man was running along fast for cover suddenly he sees a sun flare bearing down on him he screams then gets incinerated. When the Storm ended, I lifted the bell of my head and lifted the Liberty of off Charlie (The bell was so thick you could not hear anything from in there.).

My left arm and head were completely buried in the snow. The rest of my body was curled up in front of my sled. I tried to move my arm, but I couldn’t. It was stuck under the ski. So there I was, stuck under my snowmobile; nowhere to go.
The sky is covered in a black blanket with shiny holes in it. It is 4 in the morning. I flop out of bed and waddle outside and into the car. There are two chairs for three people. I have a bed to sleep on while my dad drives and my mom sits on the other chair.
I saw a bright light heading towards me, and then blackness. I was half way in the car and half way on the ice cold concrete. Each drop of rain felt like a gentle tap as it landed on my skin. The sky was filled with grey smoke. I managed to lift my head up as I saw flashing lights coming towards me.
And just slowly just came closer and closer. But in the beginning there was no sound but eventually we heard a sweeping sound a sort of accelerations the wind was picking up the earth closer and closer to us, you know. And it um as it got so close about a quarter of a mile or a half we all went in side. And that was the experience.
I didn't know who I was, or where I was. I was scared, so scared. Out of nowhere I started glowing, heating up everything around me. "Do you feel that? " I heard a faint voice ask.
I was following my father, trying to keep up. With each step my foot sank into the snow up to my knee. The snow wasn’t really that deep, but it was for an eight-year-old boy. We had gone out to collect zinc buckets, filled with clear, odorless and tasteless liquid, which we had set up a few days before. The liquid was sap from maple trees that would eventually be boiled down to become syrup.
After a couple hours some guy walked in a black robe, and it looked like he was floating. I followed him to the back ,but i didn’t make it obvious. When he reached the back, he turned around to check if anyone was looking at what he was doing. He almost saw me so I hid behind a bookshelf. When I looked up he was grabbing a book off one the shelves.
My eyes automatically drifted to the tall bright palm tree that moved along with the rhythm of the wind. It’s leafs danced as they presented their welcome. The sun shined down and hugged me with warmth, giving my skin a tingling, but satisfying sensation. I had come from Virginia to California, the famous, constantly spoken of state, that finally reached my sight. The state presented its beautiful attributes to capture my wonder and mesmerization.
We knew that the last mile way far steeper, but we also knew that there were no stairs and water flowed down hill, our hope was that if anything we could tell a cool story. Once we lost the protection of the trees the water had turned to ice making small frozen streams that wanted to send us hurtling back down, it was like a game of shoots and ladders but without dice or a slide. Once we knew that we were almost at the top the four of us wanted to get a quick snack and then attempt to ride the rest of the way up because most of the ice was now behind us. That's when it happened, John rode across an icy section and his bike slid out from under him and he broke his fall with his hand but that was a mistake. He immediately had some choice words and could not move it without shooting pain.
I felt like I was plummeting to my death as the wind whipped all around me. For a brief moment, my body was vertical to the ground and I felt as if we were going to flip into a forward roll. Just at that moment, the cables snapped tight and we went swinging like a pendulum. My eyes were sealed shut. I continued screaming as we swung back and forth several times.
The ice cold snow melts onto my face, I laugh at myself and hope to god the people around me didn’t see that. No one was paying attention to me they all had this type of confidence and excitement to learn and grow. I stood back up and headed down the hill with all force, not knowing how to turn I abruptly put my snowboard on healedge and slammed to a stop. Little did I know I was already halfway down the hill.
I closed my eyes, feeling that my consciousness was starting to fade. Against my own will, my head suddenly jerked to the left, then the right, and then the left again, playing with me as if I were a puppet. Broken shards of crystal-clear glass fell in an orderly fashion behind my head. The aggravating sound of fire bells chimed in my ears as I tried to rise; but I tipped over and fell onto the ground again in agony.
The tunnel that i was walking down started to dim out and eventually turned into a pitch black passage, in which I had to navigate by holding my right hand to the right wall and using it to guide me through the forsaken tunnel, plagued by
