There has been many laws passed towards texting while driving and people has been killed. Texting while driving is dangerous to a lot of people and that it made a lot of people die from it. Texting while driving has killed over one million of people and mostly teens die than adults. Five seconds is the average time eyes are off the road while texting. When traveling at fifty-five miles per hour, that is enough time to cover the length of a football field (“Facts”).
