Communism becomes a critical issue when a new order is needed to guide individuals within a society. Communism is an ideology created in order to put an end to capitalism. Communism grew large in countries when people started noticing the promises that were being made like everyone would earn the same and workers especially wouldn’t be mistreated. Over the years however the true colors of what was supposed to be a helpful movement and political ideology was starting to become negative. With the exception of a few countries communism is almost wiped out. This is mostly because leaders abuse the power they gain. All these things combined have caused communism and its ideas to have a bad reputation.
Prominently, countries that follow communism always fall. In the past 200 years that communism

Despite, these facts communism did provide hope while it was popular. This hope was most needed when people were at their lowest and needed something to help them. For example, how in North Korea before communism and capitalism were being spread out, people were starving and job rates were very low. As communism started spreading into North Korea people started realizing there was hope for things to get better, which is why they accepted it. Once they accepted it bigger countries like Russia would come to their aid giving them a false hope for better things. These countries would provide food and currency to North Korea since they too now follow the same movement. After these big, top dogs would withdraw from practicing communism, Korea would lose all these benefits and therefore go back to a state of starvation and despair. In a document by Boundless titles, “The Benefits of Communism”, it states, “Theoretically, there are many benefits that can be achieved through a communist society. Communist ideology supports widespread universal social welfare. Improvements in public health and education, provision of child care, provision of state-directed
Since these people in communist governments don’t have anything for themselves. Everyone in a communist government are the same there is no two-different person. They have the same house, car, number of children, etc. as well as being similar to everyone no one has any freedoms or a voice. They can’t practice their religion or give their own
The author says that perhaps many citizens may be drawn to Communist ideology if the social injustices become more prevalent, and urges the readers to look into the problems of Communist civilizations. This article is an example of how many felt during the Red Scare and Cold War in regards to communism. It shows that people felt a collapse
This is something that cannot be unproven once people believe it about you. There is no way to prove that what people say, you think isn't what you think because thoughts live inside of our heads. Once someone is able to convince others that you think somethingis true, like communism, it is nearly impossible to prove to them that you don’t think it. In the McCarthy era people were put through trials where they were accused of being communists even though the accusers were basing their accusation on nothing more than what they thought. Those on trial were in an area where they were unable to prove the accuser wrong and many times were blacklisted, meaning people lost their job and went unemployed.
Many would argue that there were more significant factors in achieving communist political dominance in these years, such as the use of terror and control over religion. However, there is less evidence to support
Emiliano Segura America has not always been the intrusive neighbor whose only goal is to spread the message of democracy and capitalism. In fact, America—for most of its early lifetime—played their role in the world as an isolated island far away from Europe’s reach: avoiding conflict at all costs. It was mostly a country of production, gaining most of their wealth from manufacturing and trading goods. Much like China, Americans were the producers of the 19th century. Moreover, America practiced what is known as isolationism—especially during the time of war; but as the U.S. grew in the 20th century, so did there want to expand their messages of liberty, economy, and government; which it did effectively through the means of war.
Communism, an ideology developed by Karl Marx, was a key component in the revolution of USSR. Marx envisioned a society where the lower and upper classes were equal in regards to property and rights. During the Russian Revolution, an extensive amount of propaganda was used to promote communism. Although propaganda was used in various forms, the posters made a huge impact in convincing the population of Soviet Union to support the communist cause. The posters contained several healthy messages about the effects of the revolution in Soviet Union.
In Czechslovakia some of it’s citizens embraced Communism because they wanted it for the well being of the common good. (Kovaly 56). The main reason citizens of post war Czechleslovakia embraced Communism was because Communism was based off the belief that there is only one class th middle class and there wiuld be an eual distribution of wealth. Although at first people embraced communism, communism was not so kind to it’s citizens. In the memoir Heda’s
The major people would never wanted their freedom of the high class losing want they got. Communist did spread to other countries after World War 11, that had a problem with their government but it was not spreading fast. The United States fear that communism would spread to them but I do not think that communism would ever touch the United States. I believe that the United States should had got involved with stopping the spread of communism in other countries. The United States should not be involved with problen in foreign countries.
Communism in the Cold War "The seeds of totalitarian regimes are nurtured by misery and want, they spread and grow in the evil soil of the poverty and strife. They reach their full growth when the hope of a people for a better life has died. We must keep that hope alive." as said by Harry S. Truman on march 12, 1947 in The Truman Doctrine.
However, true communism is not bad. It is good, very good! It could fix the economy, equate races, social-statuses, and genders, and suffocate violence and crimes. This of course would only come with the use of true, perfect communism. Many say this is not possible, however, we can look to the Bible and see that it is.
It probably motivated a lot of the previous communist. Again, let us keep in mind that this from the past. In order, to make an effective passage in the present time it will need to be reworded and actualized to situation now days. Overall, I do believe that if we learn from our past we can better our future.
While the idea of Communism is to create a economic state where the bourgeoisie is dissolved, the proletarians are treated as equals, and there is no more government, in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Cambodia Communism did not benefit the countries like the ideology behind Communism should have. In the USSR and Cambodia, the citizens were stripped of their human rights, forced to work on collective farms, and were killed for being “enemies” of the state. In the Soviet Union, Communism was favored by the proletarians because of the dentromental consequences of the Industrial Revolution. In the late 19th century, the ruler of Russia, Tsar Nicholas the second, believed that Russia was falling behind the other countries in terms for being a modern society and being able to usable materials that is not just producing farming goods.
Over the course of human history the world has experienced some absolutely terrible ideas such as Nazism, Slavery and the list goes on. I'm just confused as to why many people don't think that communism is a terrible idea. In the span of 100 years Communism killed over 100 million people and it is still happening today. Today Socialism is an idea that many people are wanting which is basically the same thing as communism.
However, true communism is not bad. It is good, very good! It could fix the economy, equate races, social-statuses, and genders, and suffocate violence and crimes. This of course would only come with the use of true, perfect communism. Many say this is not possible, however, we can look to the Bible and see that it is.
As a consequence of the opposition not existing, only in a realm of fiction, the only way Communism fell was due to the Communist
