What I have learned from my decisions and rationale from the solutions that I implemented in round four, five, & six is that one major decision can change a positive or negative course of your company in a matter of a year. As a result of my decision, the company faced financial hardship in year four but demonstrated its defiance against economic crisis in years five and six by making smart and concise choices to improve the business margins on most levels. In year four the company struggled immensely due to the product positioning in the market and forecasting issue which led to excessive inventories the outstrip the company cash flows, negative ROS ( -3.2%), ROA (-2.4), ROE (.3.7) and a negative profits ($1,214,319). Panic hit my parents. It 's senior year, I just got accepted into UW Tacoma and they see the tuition fees. They were already in shock when they had seen my Application Fee was 70 dollars. Since we are residents of Washington my tuition fee is even higher; being about 5 thousand dollars more; the estimated tuition fees for nonresidents costs $34,791, not even counting the cost of living and supplies. The estimated costs to live on campus is $11,962 per year, which still doesn 't count the costs of food; which the estimated cost of food per year is $512 but, that is just for a meal card for their cafeteria not even counting outside expenses.

I am not sure how I am going to use the feedback from week four, I honestly am nervous about my paper but I am taking everything I have learned and using it to work on my paper, I plan to make sure my paper is not straying off topic and is a great ideal paper. I am carefully using the checkers the school has to offer to make sure everything is at best standard.

The PsyCap assessment has helped me realize my strengths and weaknesses as an employee and how I can improve my less strong assets. It is a proactive approach to reflect on my weaker sides by generating on some personal strategies to improve productivity and to face work difficulties with agility and more optimistic outlook. It is a simple evaluative measure and yet it has outstanding effects on bringing hope for any employee (whether skillful, talented or not). It focuses on certain attributes that justifiably bring meaningful assessment factors. Furthermore, employers, managers and human resource officers can use the PsyCap in assigning compatible tasks and conduct training seminars to improve the level of PsyCap of their employees.
