They are patient, courteous, punctual, always prepared, unbiased and are good listeners who support their students emotional and academic needs. They know all their students well and establish a positive classroom environment by accepting their student 's unique personalities and abilities where students feel free to share ideas without fear and judgment. Furthermore, outstanding teachers understands that teaching is a group effort. Therefore, they create a mutually respectful and honest relationship with students, parents, and anyone involved in the learning process. They are lifelong learners who stay current with professional developments.
