After digging deeper into the information it is proven that Publix is one of the best companies to work for and has some of the best benefits. Publix is one of the best companies that provides help to the community and we the employees get to be a part of it and I love it. Chick-fil-a was the only job I could find when the time came for me to work to fund the majority of my college expenses. I wasn’t exactly thrilled to be working at a fast food establishment but the positive and cheerful environment that was fostered there made it fun. The customers always welcomed it and reciprocated it with equal enthusiasm. I saw the positive results of a customer-centered business. This model could be applied in my future career in medicine to ensure that patients feel heard and appreciated while employees feel happy to go to work.
I’ve worked with many companies before, but there seems to be only two specific types which are grocery and retail .Winn Dixie and Sports Authority are two completely different job types. The most significant contrast would be the work type. As we all know, Winn Dixie is a grocery store and Sports Authority is retail.
