Founded in 2009 in Anaheim Hills, Scott Slater combined his love for burgers and bacon with creating the 50/50 patty. The 50/50 patty is 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon. The process of creating the perfect patty was not an easy one. Slater went through iterations of the mixture. He started with the 100% bacon that easily caught on fire. It was not until experimenting the mixture he found the 50/50 combination gave the best pork flavor.

You can find bacon in everything from their drinks to their desserts. Their bacon mac n’ cheese balls are to die for especially with the tapatio ranch.
