III. MEHOD When we are designing pose using existing software, prepared 3DCG character's joint onto computer, which we will design a pose while operating using mouse little by little. This is also many very time-consuming work effort. As this research, we use skeleton figure for posture design. The skeleton figure because the user can directly touch own hands, it is possible to intuitively poses design. After pose design, to take a picture of it. This photo become the input image. And this pose is applied to the 3DCG model on the computer. From input to results images have shown in the Fig.1. Next show the estimation procedure of the human body posture below.
1) Input photos of the skeleton figure wearing the markers
2) Identification of the markers in the image
3) Assignment of the positional relationship of coordinates and joint of each marker
4) Calculation of the slope of the attitude
5) Output of result as the pose data
We attach the markers to joints of the skeleton figure of 14 joints (waist, neck, shoulders, elbows, hands, groins, knees, feet). We are doing a gummy bear lab. Gummy bears come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. Gummy bears are squishy, chewy, and sticky, they are made of sugar which are glucose and glucose are carbohydrate. We predict that during this stage of lab the solute and solvent will go through the stages of hypertonic, hypotonic and isotonic. We get 4 gummy bears and 4 cups filled half way with different types of liquid, such as Salt-Water, Coffee-Creamer, Vinegar, and Soda.
On Januray 26, 2023, Jelly Bones was found dead in room W1106, a lab in Huntley Highschool’s science wing. ST Report In the experiment, the problem was the contaminants that were affecting the quality of the water samples. To fix this issue, three scientists had to determine the contaminants that were present in the samples. One sample was from the school sink and the second sample was from an unknown source. In both articles "Posture Affects Standing,and Not Just the Physical Kind" by Jane E Brody and "Your iPhone is Ruining Your Posture-and Your Mood"by Amy Cuddy. In these two articles, both author talk about how we are ruining our posture in life and how dangerously it affects us. Both authors make good points they show many details and example for their argument. In my opinion from these two articles i believe that Amy Cuddy gave more information and details. In the article of "Posture Affects Standing, And Not just the Physical Kind" by Jane E Brody, she speaks about how posture is ruining us emotionally and physically.
During this project, labeled Body Farm, we watched how the decomposition progress affected pigs. We used pigs because there body is very similar to us humans. This project expanded over a period of 15 days, but we only observed 11 days. Before we started this experiment there was 10 different questions/theories that we had to think about and answer. So every day we would go outside and observe the pigs and record what happened over the course of one day.

The main reason of why scientists have a hard time finding a good set of existing organisms to compare. Is neither the first set of organisms which is being compared is dying as fast as the second specimen is being examined or they just can’t find the right species.
The gummy bear's mass and volume will increase while the density of the gummy bear would decrease after it is put into water overnight. (#)This lab experimented to figure out wah changes would take to the gummy bear’s mass, volume, and density after sitting in a cup of water overnight. To do this the gummy bear's dimensions and weight was taken on the first day, along with its density and then the gummy bear was placed and water. When the gummy bear was taken out of the water on day two, the dimensions, weight, and density were taken again, and the difference between the two days was found. (#1)
In this three-week long experiment conducted in the Bio 13 Lab, we were able to analyze a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in our own genomic DNA and then determine our genotype at this specific SNP. In week one, we extracted genomic DNA from our cheek cells with swabs and prepared our DNA for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) that would amplify the region with the intended SNP of interest. After one week and after the PCR was run outside of the lab section, the resulting PCR product was purified and treated with restriction enzyme Ahdl in order to prepare for the final analysis of our genotypes. In the third and final week of the project, we analyzed our PCR products by means of agarose gel electrophoresis. By the conclusion of the experiment, we had completed the analysis at the SNP of interest and determined our genotypes for this SNP.
The purpose of this experiment was to observe the relationship between different solutions and their effect on the mass and length of a gummy bear. Gummy bears with the same relative size and colour were placed in 50 mL beakers with the same amount of their designated liquid. The different solutions studied were water, oil, vinegar, a simple sugar solution, and rubbing alcohol. In the end, based on the observations made, the majority of the hypotheses created were not proven to be correct.
In this lab when looking at cells, we observed the salinity and osmolarity of the cell when placed in the environment. With the different concentrations of NaCl, we are able to see how different environment can constrain an organism and see the wide range of responses to regulate in cell’s osmolarity. The cells we studied was sheep red blood cells (erythrocyte), because they are the most studied membrane system and therefore used as ideal membrane to study the relationship between water and the passing of the different concentration of NaCl across the membrane. The purpose of the experiment was to observe the cell and infer which direction of the flow of the water due to the cell volume change.
