This case is about a company that has been wrongfully accused of polluting into the bay. The evidence that we are about to give will indicate that Poultry Tech will not be adding more pollution to the bay by building a hotel on our land. During this trial, Poultry Tech will prove that we can build a hotel on our land and not harm the Chesapeake Bay. This hotel that we are planning to build will create many new job opportunities for the people of Waterville.
