I went into training and I want to continue being a teacher because I love to make a positive difference. Training is a really fulfilling challenge, and as I love learning new things myself, I really enjoy that I get to share my interests. I have had a fantastic experience when it comes to education. I am really grateful to the teachers and trainers who I have had in the past as I feel that they have ignited my passion for learning and development. I was taught from a very young age that everyone should be given the opportunity to develop the skills they need to succeed. I feel that sharing knowledge and taking the time to learn how to develop your own individual skills is key to success whether that’s personally or professionally. I am a goal-oriented person and I always strive to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I find a great sense of achievement watching students succeed after they have learnt a new skill, display new knowledge, or successfully complete a new task. Teaching and training can effect people in so many ways, whether that is personally from learning new things about themselves as an individual and how to mange their own behaviors and learning, or professionally where you give someone the tools they need to progress their career. Being a teacher gives such a sense of pride that you have been instrumental in making that difference and this is something that I strive for. My A Level English Language teacher is my main inspiration – he taught me that passion is the key to learning. I have not met anyone else whose passion and interest has matched this person’s. The drive behind needing to know the English language and the meanings behind the words and history was contagious and something that has never left
