Since Christopher Columbus was exploring the waters of the Atlantic Ocean he described in his trips about how he saw strange events happening in those waters. There has been reports of disappearances of dozens of ships, planes and persons all gone into oblivion where no one could tell how or when it occurred, they could just acknowledge the fact that they were gone forever, and that there was no concrete answer for what happened.

In the summer of 1947, there was a day that caused a lot of speculation and hysteria in Roswell, a city in New Mexico. On that day, June 14th, 1947, an unknown object crash-landed into a ranch in the city of Roswell, New Mexico, leaving a huge amount of debris. There were many people that did not know what to make of this, and asked themselves, “Was that an alien crash or was it something else?” Many people claimed that it was from an unidentified flying object, or UFO, but others believe it is something less interesting. However, the hype of the incident was silenced until 1979 after the U.S. government officially declared that the debris was nothing more than the debris of a weather balloon.
Indeed, The upper Western class' gentle treatment of Columbus abuses speaks to the power of propaganda and how its invocation alone can warp the past and control the future. In the Bahamas islands where Christopher Columbus landed, he and his Spanish compatriots committed grievous wrongs. According to Howard Zinn (pg 90), Columbus' first main interest upon meeting the Native Americans was gold. Hence Columbus ordered that the Native Americans in the Bahamas retrieve a certain quota of gold for his cache. If and when some of the Native Americans did not meet Columbus gold quota, he had them dismembered.

It is important to point that the Aztecs believed that they were living in the 5th and last era, but that they needed to keep the world from ending.
Despite having the trappings of a hard sci-fi adventure story, Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar is a deeply humanist and spiritual film exploring philosophical and emotional issues in a complex way (Dean, 2015). Central to this are the concepts of bravery and sacrifice: as Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) and the rest of his crew take great risks and travel vast distances to save humanity from a dying Earth, the characters all display varying aspects of the human condition, especially related to these very big, complex ideas. As the characters of Interstellar go about their mission and weigh the risks and rewards of each and every decision, they each find their own definitions of bravery and sacrifice, weighing their own personal decisions against
Atlantis is a fictional island because there has been no evidence of the island, no authentic pictures or artifacts from the island, and evidence has been found that Plato wrote the story of Atlantis to prove a point. 1. These distressing occurrences throughout his youth serve as an aid during his transition from a selfish child to an altruistic adult.
