The Death Penalty is a very controversial topic for many people to talk about it. For many people think the death penalty may be just or unjust, as for many people they have a neutral opinion. They have a different kind of opinion when it comes to this penalty. As you keep on reading, this essay will show, all the cruel aspect of this punishment. With this death penalty, thousands of people have been falsely accused and have been killed. No justice system can give results which are 100% right all the time. Mistakes will be made in any system which relies upon human testiment for proof. We should be observant to find and avoid such mistakes. Our justice system rightfully demands a stricter standard for death penalty situations. It is immoral in principle, and unfair and includes discrimination in practice. No one deserves to die. When the government looks for retaliation disguised as justice, it becomes complicit with killers in hurting human life and human pride. In a civil society, we neglect the principle of the painful doing to criminals, and we do what they did to their victims. We shouldn't punish the murderer with death.
