I have been stationed at both Fort Campbell, Tennesee and Fort Benning Gerorgia. As an NCO, I was held accountable for ensuring that there were adequate training aids to train soldiers so that the unit can maintain proficiency in certain areas. While many soldiers have creative ways of coming up with training aids, there are available resources at many Army instillations that provide suitable tools to assist in your training. Many soldiers are unaware of these resources, which was evident in my journey to find these assets.
Observation: The Training Support Center (TSC) is a great place that provides training aids to support units in all their training activities; however, they are not well know across Army instillations.
Discussion: The mission of the TSC is to provide storage, loan, instruction, maintenance and accountability of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). As I moved from one duty station to the next, I always found myself asking a multitude of individuals where the TSC is located. Not only do they not know where it is located, they are surprised to find out that there is such a place with those available resources.

I believe that Unit’s supply clerks should post the information on where the TSC is located as well as a list of the available resources. Also, the TSC is there to support troops and should advertise themselves across the instillation.
Summary: The TSC has a warehouse full of training aids available

(2022) Being a Platoon sergeant or Section NCO within the intelligence filed means you are likely going to be responsible for conducting training for Soldiers that do not share your military occupational specialty. For example, as a Human Intelligence NCO you may be a platoon sergeant for both Human Intelligence and Signals Intelligence Soldiers. Both of these occupational specialties have very distinctly different training needs to remain proficient in their respective tasks. As the Senior NCO in that platoon, the command team is going to look to the platoon sergeant and the respective platoon leader to organize, resource, and conduct training for the entire platoon to ensure

Lt. Owen's mortar section had little to no experience on the weapon systems that they were working with. He trained them from darkness to darkness with consistent drills in different types of situations. Lt. Owen also admits that despite excess training before the war, their first battles were "far-from-perfect exercises." This made me realize that not only does an officer have to be adept at his duties, but he needs to motivate and instill to his soldiers the same level of proficiency, regardless of peace or war time. Also utilizing complacent time as a means to further train such as when they were at sea.
ESA #6A Task 4 4(a) Review and evaluate building-based policies and procedures relevant to the protection of the welfare and safety of students, staff, and visitors within the selected school. Buckeye Career Center has a variety of policies and procedures dealing with safety of individuals on the property. The procedures, defined both in the public student handbook and the private safety plan, will be reviewed in that order. The first safety policy listed in the student handbook is the safety test. As BCC provides training in vocations that have inherent risks, all students must complete a safety unit at the beginning or school and pass a safety test for their lab with a 100%.
Rational for the observations The rational for using these observations retrospectively is to make sense of the whole person Amy’s life history, looking over her notes, why had she not engaged historically? Why the resistance? I wanted to understand how and why this was happening not just respond to the immediate crisis, rehouse and decontaminate her home for the behavioural pattern to be repeated. This method allowed me to explore theories of human growth and development and evaluate them with criticality (Monette et. 2014).
