Welding is a great job but not many people know what welding is or how it work. According to Thomas net welding is the process of joining metal together with heat welders can work on many kind of structures such as mobile homes, pipes, steel reinforcement and others. Because welding is a relatively easy manufacturing process and provide a great deal of strength (Thomas).To become a welder you need four skills the first skill you need is problem solving because welder must be exceptional problem solver who pay attention to details. They have to spot flaws in materials and designs troubleshoot broken areas and know to fix parts or equipment. Sometimes welders are required to track their own hours you want to make sure you get those numbers right. The three skill you need is endurance while not really a skill physical and metal endurance is a must have for welders. Welders work in many different environments but they are almost always standing or crouching which can get uncomfortable. The last skill you need is interpersonal even though welders usually spend a lot of time on their own they often have to interact with clients other tradespeople and employers.in construction welders frequently work with other welders and tradespeople to make sure projects are finished smoothly(bear). There are few different ways to become a welder in Texas. Special certificate is not required in many states but welding background can be important to prospective employers and certification is available at special welding and vocational schools (Thomas).There are many welding schools available across the country but some schools are more better that other, but the most famous welding school is Tulsa there are a lot of those schools around the world the more closed is the one in Houston TX. Tulsa school have two programs one is only 7 months but that is only the basic but you get pay a lot of money to but no to much like the professional welder but went you are done with your 7 moths you get you certificated and you get out with a
