Caesar was dutifully wronged by conspirators. Caesar’s death was not beneficial for Rome but for the conspirators in taking power into their own hands.They themselves claimed to be honorable men. Marcus Brutus, Caius Cassius, Servilius Casca, Lucius Cornelius Cinna, Decius Brutus, Caius Ligarius, Metallius Cimber, and Gaius Trebonius took matters into their own hands by stabbing Caesar 23 times, but they themselves claim to be honorable men.
