Academic success to me is achieving good grades and understanding the material to get good grades. Academic success also means to have an good attendance. Attending class is important so I don't miss any assignments and get behind. Being in class is important because its proven that students are more likely to succeed when they have an good attendance. I do much better in school when I don't miss a lot of days. It is very easy to get behind in class when I don't show up. I do miss a lot of school because of sickness but I am going to try and go even when I don't feel good. Organization is important for academic success. Being organized is proven to lower stress. Organizing also makes it much easier to keep track of things. Organization is a huge problem for me. Often I find it hard to keep track of all my homework when my backpack is such a mess. To improve my organization I can first start by emptying out my backpack. Then I can throw away all of the old papers that I don't need. Next only keep the notebooks and folders that I use. Typically I wait until the last minute to do something. This often works but it is really stressful and probably not the best thing to do. Sometimes I will just never do the assignment. To improve these habits i'm going to start setting the deadline for these assignments an few days earlier then they are assigned. This way I can make myself do it before its due. For my math homework I usually do it all right before I have to turn it in even though I have an math lab to work on it. Math is already a hard subject for me and I never understand it. Organization was used since the beginning when we did storyboards. Each slide does something, and almost all of them rely on the information presented before the slide before it. Organization has the ride effect, and it contributes to the success of the text because it allows it to guide the audience through the information. The final intended concept I used was alignment.
I learned even though it is a technical world and everything is electronically geared, I still need to handwrite things. If you look at my desk right now, you would see 4 different post it 's. A memo pad with a to do list and my monthly goals list for BNC. It may seem like chaos to an average eye but to me, my system works. Find Your System It is a little difficult to try and find what organization tools work best for you.
Most people don’t like doing homework. If you don’t have the same classes everyday you get double the amount of time finish projects, studying for a test, and of course doing homework. You could also plan something out if you had and after school activity that makes it hard to do your homework. One way is you could do your homework on the day it was given. Another way is to save all of your homework for one day and do the activity on the other.
My Senior Spring Project (SSP) got off to a quick and exciting start. I have enjoyed my four mini-courses, my two independent studies, tennis, and the one-on-one weekly meetings I have with the various teachers who supervise these activities. Through SSP, I am slowly learning how to manage my activities outside of my regular school routine. In the first week, I had trouble managing my reading assignments from one mini-course (4 hours) along with the work from my two independent projects (total of 12 hours). I have never had so much independent work over a week that was not split into separate homework assignments.
The organizational structure can be seen as an outline of what branch of a company is to carry out
Looking back at the beginning of this semester I was unsure of why I was in this class to begin with. I had thought that my writing was good enough to pass any class that Lake Land had to offer, but I was completely wrong. The things I have learned this semester of what not to put in my papers is a lot more than I think I have ever learned in a class before. I have learned to proofread my papers better, proper punctuation, and just to relax and not overthink my topic. Proofreading my papers has always been a weak spot for my writing.

If I know that there is an important test I will go the extra mile to study even more by doing extra practice, so that I can do well. I believe that the reason I have good grades is because I know this and I do it every time I have an assignment due. Getting all of your work done on time is such an easy way to get good grades and is fundamental to being successful in school. I also know that in life after school, doing the bare minimum does not suffice in the workplace.
Writing has always been an issue but yet interesting subject of mine. As hard as I try and write essays, and papers I just can’t get the hang of writing. But after taking this class, I did learn different writing technique and improved my writing proficiency, material body of formatting, and how to uncovering and properly use sources. Through class exams, essays, and a research paper, I was able to learn new writing skills. Although I have learned a variety of things, my writing still needs improvement.

The one thing that hasn’t gone so well that I am still working on is doing assignments that tend to take longer than I expected on the night the assignment is due. All the time I have to do it sometimes I don’t know what to talk about, but every time I do it the day it’s due it’s like light clicks on and so many ideas just start coming out and the words are just flowing

A student 's grade can slip when they do not attend class due to a of lack of participation. Also, it is a good idea for students to sit in the front of the class.
Being a teacher is a journey that has much to do with learning about yourself and being aware that what happens in your classroom reflects only on how are you with yourself. Teachers are not conscious that they project into students, and that affects how things go in the classroom. I believe the first characteristic of a good teacher is that he/ she is always willing to analyze his/her teaching performance. Second the teacher is humble enough to receive input about the development and application of techniques, learning from it and improving.
If you cannot find the rubric for your essay, then you won’t be able to write the essay to the best of your ability. Organization does not just mean remembering where you put things though.
