Cookie Recipe: How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cookie Recipe
Everybody loves cookies, who doesn’t? There are many types of cookies that we can eat every day: Drop Cookies, Bar Cookies, Fruit Cookies and etc. But today I would like to talk especially about Chocolate Chip Cookie. Many people like to eat tons of chocolate cookies every day and we just can’t deny, they are very delicious. You can eat these cookies in the morning when you are about to go to school or at work when you are tired and need some rest or even with your friends at a local fast food.
Now imagine that you could make chocolate cookies yourself, wouldn’t it be great? It’s so easy to bake them and also these cookies don’t require much time and many ingredients. You should not be worried, because they are not fattening and be sure that they are very tasty, trust me it’s worth trying. Now let’s begin to list ingredients for chocolate chips cookies and then find out the way that they can be made. Here are the ingredients:
200g of softened butter
300g of soft brown sugar
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 eggs
300g of self-rising flour
80g of cocoa powder

While the oven is heating cream butter and sugar until its fluffy and light, then you can beat it in eggs and vanilla extract. In the separate bowl sift baking powder, flour and cocoa in each other. When everything is done, add flour mix to the creamed mix in stages (1/3 at a time) and mix them well. Fold in chocolate chips until they are combined. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture on to a baking tray and just let it drop off the spoon and repeat it several times. Bake it in preheated oven for about 12 minutes, when the baking is over and you remove the cookies from the oven wait a little bit because they will still be soft, leave them to cool completely on the baking tray, where they will continue to cook slightly, when you will see that they are completely cool remove them and enjoy your yummy chocolate
