Leadership is when a person in a group steps up to help the group lead to success. Discipleship is when your boss wants you to prove on your skills, but doesn’t help you achieve the skill. Leadership and discipleship are not the same some difference between them are that discipleship want your boss want you to improve your skills but does not give any help. But leadership is when a person stands up to as a group and becomes the leader. Leadership is not putting yourself in front of others.
