Explain Why I Want To Be A Cna

From this week alone in class I have learned how just one little thing can change your residents attitude from being grumpy to being happy again. This to me is what it means to be a CNA. Yes we get paid to change the bed, give them baths and so on but connecting and changing how they feel is probably something you can’t put into words. Not only do you get help them they can help turn around your day as well. Helping others and impacting their life is just one tiny reason why I want to be a CNA. Working as one will never be a dull

I find that when doing a job more relaxed I feel like I can go a good job with what I am doing. As the class progresses on I would also like to be able to pass the CNA certification test and go into it feeling good about the materials I learned throughout the semester. Having this class offered at Crystal Lake Central is a great way to get a taste of what it is like to be in the medical field.
At Central I play softball and I also play outside of school for the Crystal Lake Comets. From playing softball I know how to be a great team player and work well with others. I believe being on a team will help me be a better CNA because on a team there are many different personalities and you have to work with all of them. This will carry over to the place I 'll be working with co worker and the residents. As I move forward on in my life my parents have been a great part of supporting me and helping me. There were times when they were my backbone when I needed them. So to me my family is very important in my life. My twin sisters are just as important to me. Without them who else would I fight with? This is who I am and the things that drive me to be the person I am
