Many adjectives can be used to describe an outstanding teacher. These adjectives might include words like patient, caring, supportive, flexible, dedicated, organized, and professional. As I progress towards becoming a professional educator I have learned that there is a limitless number of skills and attributes that are applicable to becoming an outstanding teacher. There are three important skill areas that I would like to address. Any outstanding teacher must excel in these areas.
