The information for the leader is imperative to survive in an organization (Llopis, 2011). The chains and the food stores catering to the segment were popular and having access to the customer was doing great business. The strategy operational at the store was simple and unique: low food prices and fast, friendly service. He also gathered the information that the counters and shelves remained empty. I had the information while serving the organization of the manner in which the systems and procedures worked. The teams processing the information for the customers for the service provided were contacted by the customers to assist them in making payments. In the book To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Lee tackles this question and tries to show the impact the courage people had to speak up about their beliefs had on racism in our country. The story revolves around a controversial trial where a white woman says a black man raped her, but the evidence says otherwise. A lawyer, named Atticus Finch, has the courage to defend the black man even though the very racist town of Maycomb will hate him for it. Courage is shown a lot in this story in other ways, specifically through an old woman named Mrs. Dubose who’s addicted to morphine, and a recluse named Boo Radley who’s never left his house for years that saves Atticus’s children when the father of the white woman attacks them in the woods.

Individual Reflective Paper Introduction Leadership, a controversial concept, has been studied for centuries. Scholars who study leadership have argued with the insight of leadership for many decades and finally promote a wide range of understandings of it. This course “values and leadership” introduces the basic principles and concepts about leadership, and provides us with some conceptual knowledge and practical approaches to be an outstanding leaders. I chose to take this course because I am interested in the topic about leadership.
Courage Courage is a prerequisite of character (Heft, 2004). Once again, the courage that becomes part of resilient leadership is slightly different from what one would initially consider when hearing the word courage. It is a multi-faceted type of courage. There are countless definitions of courage but they all share the common theme and messages of having faith to face fear, danger, or adversity (whether it be physical or moral) head on (Dees, 2013). Courage overrides fear.
‘Organizations provide its managers with legitimate authority to lead, but there is no assurance that they will be able to lead effectively’ (Lunenburg, 2011). Organizational success usually requires a combination of both management and leadership. In today’s dynamic work environment, leaders are expected to challenge the present state of affairs, and to motivate and convince organization members.
