Some people plan travel for vacations. They research on activities, places they want to explore, or foods they want to eat, then set the plans in limited time. Of course, purposes of travel can be individually different. If they go with a lot of people, the plans have to be more detailed, and measurable to complete all the places they want to go. Also, setting a specific plan is significant for organizations to achieve goals. Tennessee Department of Education recently succeeded education improvement, then set three strategic plans to achieve goal in another new five years for next step; rank in the top half of states on the National Assessment of Educational Progress, have an average ACT composite score of 21 by 2020, and have a majority of high school graduates from the class of 2020 to earn a postsecondary certificate, diploma or degree (McCoy & Lydia X., 2015). To achieve these three goals, the state set five plans, they will focus on building literacy skills, significant preparation for study completion, individualized support for students who are furthest behind, educator support, and district empowerment. Petco made action of setting a new strategy to winning back customers, and build brand royalty; get the organization back on top.
