Another negative comment one might hear about Warhawk Academy is that the organization is very competitive and selective; however, this fact is only partially true. Competition only occurs when one reaches the junior year of college because the availability decreases as the number of years increase, since Warhawk Academy has exclusive features such as; discounts on books, un-restricted parking, and early access to technology. FBLA gives a new meaning to a student led organization; FBLA gives power to the students that run the organization to serve the community and the school, while developing business leadership. As an officer, I would contribute to its legacy of responsible leadership and continue to uphold the goals of not only our chapter, but also the entire organization. I want to become an officer because I want to be a role model to current and future members who will use what they learned in FBLA to help change the world. It is important to be involved and enhance business skills in order to thrive in the future, whether it be in business or not. Using the power and influence of an officer will further empower me to help lead the members with the other
The war of 1812 was the first declared war. The most often given reason for the war of 1812 was the British impressment of American sailors. They were kidnapped and forced into British servitude. My Most Important Contribution to John F. Kennedy High School My most important contribution to Kennedy High School shine the school reputation through excellent band performance. With my five years experience of tenor trombone, I have played in marching band, symphonic winds, and jazz band to make the name Kennedy be known and respected by people outside of the school. Such reputation, however, was not shaped overnight. As a member of Kennedy High School band program, I have dedicated my time, effort, and self-interests to sacrifice myself to the demand of the band.
And systems that are ‘personalized’ are highly desirable.” In other words, instead of joining organizations to gain new knowledge and experiences, students join groups that contain members most similar to themselves. For example, college students often join a group that is specific to their religion or ethnicity and as a result, do not participate in any other organizations. I have been exposed to this process as a college student myself and have seen first-hand how students tend to associate only with fellow members of their organization. By allowing the formation of so many specific groups, colleges actually deprive students of their chances to meet and become aware of other cultures, races, ethnicities, and

Global warming is the gradual increase in the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere due to greenhouse effect. By the middle of the century global warming may cause the temperatures in the Oneida Lake area to increase, which could have detrimental affects to the Walleye population. The three scenarios had a p value of 0.3482. The diet energy density was constant at 3500 J/g and the predator energy density was held constant at 4000 J/g. Graph 1 shows the weight of the Walleye against the temperatures of a normal summer. The initial weight of the Walleye is 335 grams and at the end of the year the weight is 387 grams.
The relationship between me and my arch-nemesis is not the average one, such as the classic bond between Sherlock Holmes and James Moriarty, but more of a close friendship. My arch-nemesis is not a real person; he is completely imaginary. In fact, you can even classify him as my imaginary friend, however, what I envisioned was not a lovable furry monster. Instead, I came up with an alter ego, who exists solely in my head as a voice.
